4/11° Restaurant & Bar
The 4/11° Restaurant at Castello Beach Hotel offers cuisine
of Creole, Asian and European origin, in a refined and relaxed
atmosphere overlooking the splendour of the Indian Ocean. A theme buffet
with specialties of the region or a barbecued seafood buffet is served twice weekly.
The chef cook, Johnny Kusnadi, with many years
of experience in Asia and Europe prepares all meals with fresh ingredients.
He uses freshly caught fish and local produce with a variety of
spices from all over the world to create unique culinary compositions.
Besides the fixed menu, the 4/11° Restaurant also offers daily rotating
delicacies and children's meals.
